Following machining procedures are carried out up to a length of 6 meters at the factory on modern 5 axis CNC machines and panel saws:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cutting of rectangles<\/li>\n<li>Milling contours<\/li>\n<li>Milling of grooves<\/li>\n<li>Milling out the corrugation<\/li>\n<li>Drilling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>CNC machining<\/h2>\n<p>Since the processing of Metawell<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is more comparable with wood than with metal working, wood working machines are used with appropriate protection against metal cuttings. Once the panels are milled, the folding itself can be done either by hand or with simple edging aids. Like this, flat (milled) panels that take less space during transport, can be sent to the assembly site where they are folded afterwards. Only panels with a cover sheet thickness of min. 0.8 mm can be milled and folded. The maximum folding angle with single milling is 135\u00b0.<\/p>\n<h2>Cuttings<\/h2>\n<p>For processing large-size panels a slide table panel saw is used. To obtain more accurate and efficient results, defined stops are used and if possible it is cutted by bundles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Laser and water cutting are only partially suitable for
