Products

Metawell GmbH offers purely metal sandwich panels out of aluminium either as semi-finished or as partly processed elements. Type and volume of machining is generally dependend on the project and determined together with the individual customer.

Product groups

• Semi-finished panels
  Smaller quantities of standard products can be provided from the stock. With bigger order volumes semi-finished panels in special formats can be supplied (see structure, properties respectively standard program).
• Machined elements
  are used in different branches e.g. for ceiling elements and other assembly-prepared elements. Either complete machining or order-specific processing can be provided (e.g. to compensate production bottlenecks in the customer's workshop).
• Systems
  In the building sector (curtain wall façades and radiant ceilings) complete installation-prepared systems can be furnished.

Project-wise accessories and fittings matching the different product groups can be supplied. Metawell GmbH offers project-specific advice and support by its highly-qualified staff. To make sure that the most appropriate product is used to meet the individual constructional conditions and requirements it is recommended to seek close contact to the plant: only when fully knowing all important parameters of both the customer and the supplier the most suitable solution can be developped (contact).
